The course fee must be paid prior to receiving course materials or attending the online and live workshop.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card, an invoice can be emailed to you and payment can be made alternatively by direct bank transfer or cheque.
We reserve the right to cancel or terminate a course or to refuse any enrolment as permitted by law.
The course materials are designed for individual student use. They are the intellectual property of Plum Solutions and they cannot be copied, distributed or reproduced in any way except with the written permission of Plum Solutions.
If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, please contact Plum Solutions as soon as possible by callingor emailing info at plumsolutions.com.au
To obtain a full refund on a course, delegates must notify Plum Solutions in writing at least ten business days (two weeks) prior to the workshop or event start date that they wish to transfer to an alternate date, or cancel.
Delegates who transfer or cancel from an online and live workshop or event inside two weeks from the start date shall receive the recordings and materials after the event. No refunds will be given in this instance.
To obtain a 50% refund on a course, delegates must notify Plum Solutions in writing at least 48 hours (2 days) prior to the the live event start date. You will not be eligible to opt to transfer another course or receive the recordings.
Substitutions can be made at any time (see below).
Substitutions can be made, with prior notification in writing to Plum Solutions, at any time up to the workshop or event start date, with no penalty. Please contact us as soon as possible with the name of your substitute attendee so that we can arrange a certificate in their name.
If a delegate fails to attend a course, even in the case of illness, program fees will not be refunded or allocated to another course. Recordings of the Online and Live Workshops will be made available after the course subject to availability and technology.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the registered person to ensure transfer or cancellation notifications are received by Plum Solutions with at least two weeks’ notice.
Please note that Plum Solutions may change or cancel any class (but will offer you a full refund if the date or content of the course is not the same as the one that you booked on). If a course has been cancelled, you will be notified ten days prior to the scheduled course date or earlier. We will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the attendee if a course is cancelled or postponed. If travelling interstate to attend a course, we recommend you book a flexible flight in the unlikely event of course cancellation or date change. Plum Solutions reserves the right to modify course content or substitute presenters at its discretion.
Plum Solutions’ course material is protected by copyright. The material must not be copied or utilised in any way other than for personal education purposes of the original delegate.
