The program included practical training so whenever the trainer would be explaining a new topic we had some time to try to implement the techniques we learned.

I liked the combo of theory with practical activities. And the follow up on questions. But also the returning one-on-one support clinics. Because now you are going to put into practice what you have learnt, and for sure you bump into issues. So nice to be able to have a one on one to talk this through.
