If you are unable to attend a course for which you have registered, please contact Plum Solutions as soon as possible by calling the office on 02 9818 7250 or emailing info at plumsolutions.com.au
To obtain a full refund on a course, delegates must notify Plum Solutions in writing at least ten business days (two weeks) prior to the workshop or event start date that they wish to transfer to an alternate date, or cancel. Delegates who transfer or cancel from a workshop or event inside two weeks from the start date shall forfeit the full program fee. No refunds will be given in this instance, but if the online version of this course is available, this can be undertaken instead.
Substitutions can be made, with prior notification in writing to Plum Solutions, at any time up to the workshop or event start date, with no penalty. Please contact us as soon as possible with the name of your substitute attendee so that we can arrange a certificate in their name.
If a delegate fails to attend a course, program fees will not be refunded or allocated to another course.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the registered person to ensure transfer or cancellation notifications are received by Plum Solutions with at least two weeks notice.
