The course was extremely well run. Danielle met the participants in advance. The Online Classroom was open 15 minutes before the start. The classes started on time. Time was left at the end to answer additional queries. Danielle had great technical support in Susan in terms of muting/unmuting, checking sound and organising the breakout rooms. This allowed the course to run smoothly. It was evident that a lot of thought had been put into the material and exercises.

Danielle was warm and engaging. The material was extremely well prepared. She was very considerate to check in with each participant. She mixed theory with practical examples very well and kept everyone engaged with polls and exercises.
