The course was extremely well run. Danielle met the participants in advance. The Online Classroom was open 15 minutes before the start. The classes started on time. Time was left at the end to answer additional queries. Danielle had great technical support in Susan in terms of muting/unmuting, checking sound and organising the breakout rooms. This allowed the course to run smoothly. It was evident that a lot of thought had been put into the material and exercises.
Danielle was warm and engaging. The material was extremely well prepared. She was very considerate to check in with each participant. She mixed theory with practical examples very well and kept everyone engaged with polls and exercises.

I really enjoyed my journey into financial modelling with you. The contents of the course were consistent and complete. I will really recommend these courses to my colleagues. The courses took me less then 40 hours to complete mostly because of how well the course is organised. It was a journey step by step to follow and easy to digest.
I really liked the course overall. I took some Excel courses in the past, but the advanced ones were too basic for me. From lesson 1, on Excel versions, I could see I was going to learn something this time: someone did all the Excel studying for me and already highlighted the useful stuff!
Plum Solutions have been fantastic, I can’t think of anything to say other than the staff were great, always supportive and made the online courses easy to do.
